The first ever season of the Bachelor New Zealand needed to make a statement. It needed to suggest masuclinity, strength and banging set of abs! A capable bachelor who could ride a stallion or sail a boat all while keeping his identity a mystery for the launch of the show. When first aired it was featured on Stop Press spot of the week! They thought it ticked all those boxes too!
